Returns & Exchanges

At Progressive Wear, we want you to love what you wear. Because every piece is made in small batches, we operate an exchange-only policy.

No returns for refund. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
Exchanges accepted within 15 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on all exchanges.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchanges on intimate products (including shapewear, bras, briefs, and anti-chafing products) unless the item arrives faulty.

How to start an exchange

Email us at muskan@progressivewear.ca or call 437-438-6756 within 15 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to exchange. We'll reply with next steps.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 15 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
